About Us
Pelican Pointe at the Villages is a gated townhome community that is governed by a Homeowners Association. It is located near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Pelican Pointe is a community comprised of 456 Townhomes with a centrally located Clubhouse, Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Court and Fitness Room. Pelican Pointe is located near many Broward County parks and is a short drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Everglades.
